Do you accept insurance or private pay only?
EzPlay Therapy Services operates as an out-of-network provider and is private pay only at this time. Families receive a detailed superbill that may be submitted to their insurance company for possible reimbursement if they would like. Insurance will be added in the future.

The initial evaluation is $150. Ongoing sessions are $70 for 30 minutes, $85 for 45 minutes, and $100 for 60 minutes. Rates are the same for in-person and telehealth services.
